The DataSafe DX 2DX-25B battery is a flooded lead calcium battery with two cells. It contains square lead-copper post terminals and two different cells. This battery lasts for up to 20 years and was designed specifically for high-rate UPS environments, more specifically data centers. Because it has multiple cells, the DX 2DX-25B is very efficient, and customers do not have to purchase and install as many units as they would have to otherwise. The DX 2DX-25B, along with the other batteries in the series, has the patented Slide-Lock post seal design, as well as optimal grid design and dual lug design. Bolted lead copper connectors and the heavy duty plate lug and strap complete the battery, which is protecting by a PVC flame-resistant cover.
