The DataSafe NPX NPX-100 lead-acid battery is completely sealed and can be operated in any position without leaking. It is approved for shipping as a non-hazardous, non-spillable item, and it meets both UL and IATA safety regulations. Within the battery rests positive and negative plates, and an electrolyte retentive separator.
