The DataSafe NPX NPX-150 is the most powerful battery in EnerSys’ NPX line. This fully sealed, leak-proof battery has the capacity to produce lots of power for short durations, making it a favorite for high rate discharge applications. Although it weighs 32 pounds (light for a UPS battery), the DataSafe NPX NPX-135 has 50% more wattage than an ordinary battery.
The DataSafe NPX NPX-150 measures up to IATA and UL standards for leak proofing. This lead-acid battery is guaranteed watertight unless it is used in a fully inverted capacity. The DataSafe NPX NPX-150 consists of positive and negative plates and an electrolyte retentive separator. The outer portion is made of ABS resin. The case and cover are sold separately.
