We are Fully Operational

Sure Power is fully operational to serve our customers deemed essential and critical during this time. Not only are data centers and wireless providers working diligently to protect their employees, customers, facilities and mission-critical workloads, they are also handling an influx of traffic as customers move their daily operations online and employees transition to remote work environments. Online social platforms, streaming services and online gaming have seen a huge increase over the past few weeks as social distancing and shelter in place guidelines continue. 

In addition to continuing day to day business as seamlessly as possible, some are also working to keep kids busy with virtual learning, streaming movies and social media as a way to connect with friends. As more people work remotely using digital communication tools and consume online entertainment while away from school, demand on the data center infrastructure is greater than ever.

• Maintenance Services – if possible, do not delay your preventative maintenance. Our technicians wear full PPE and only require admittance to the building, no contact is required. We will perform scheduled maintenance and email a report.
